Enhancing Managerial Competence with Advanced Management Workshop (AMW) Batch 126 at UPJ

Bintaro, South Tangerang, 04/06/2024 – Jaya Center for Advanced Learning (JCAL) of Universitas Pembangunan Jaya (UPJ) organized a human resource development program through their flagship program, Advanced Management Workshop (AMW) Batch 126. This event is specially designed to hone the managerial skills of prospective leaders, staff, managers, and directors.

AMW Batch 126 was officially opened by the President of UPJ, Ir. Frans Satyaki Sunito, together with the Rector of UPJ, Ir. Yudi Samyudia, Ph.D. In his speech, the President of UPJ, Ir. Frans Satyaki Sunito, emphasized Jaya's integrity, "We are expected to focus on two important things, not setting aside Jaya's values, our focus is on integrity and the role of participants. The most important integrity is to maintain our honest, open, and consistent behavior between words and deeds," he said.

The Rector of UPJ, Ir. Yudi Samyudia, Ph.D., added, "The trust to hold this AMW must be carried out properly and all of you can get quality training and if it is useful for you all. UPJ provides independent learning in collaboration with Coursera. There are many modules that can be used to learn the latest science and technology. This knowledge can be accessed and at the end of the learning you will get a certificate."

The workshop, which was held from May 28 to 31, 2024 at the Santika Bintaro Hotel, was attended by a large number of participants from various companies in Indonesia. Participants in this workshop did not only listen to presentations from the speakers, but also actively participated in FGD group discussions, case studies, and simulations. This interactive learning method ensures that each participant can apply the knowledge gained directly to their work.
