UPJ Students Win Silver and Bronze Medals at the 2025 Banten Province Squash Championship

Bintaro, South Tangerang, June 26, 2025Students of Universitas Pembangunan Jaya (UPJ) have once again demonstrated commendable achievements in the realm of sports. Octora Nilam Dwi Hapsari, a student in the Management Program, earned a silver medal in the U-21 Women’s category and a bronze medal in the Open Women’s category at the 2025 Banten Province Squash Championship.

The championship was organized by the Indonesian Squash Association (PB Squash Indonesia) as part of its initiative to cultivate young athletic talent and support the regeneration of national athletes. The event assembled promising contenders from across Banten Province in a competition underscoring the values of sportsmanship and resilience.

“I am honored to have represented UPJ at the provincial level and to have secured two medals. I hope this serves as a stepping stone toward achieving greater accomplishments at the national level,” Octora remarked following her performance.

Her achievement has garnered significant recognition from the UPJ academic community, particularly as it aligns with the university’s mission to foster holistic student development—balancing academic excellence with non-academic pursuits.
