Programs

Universitas Pembangunan Jaya offers 4 undergraduate study programs that can be tailored to the needs of prospective students, in terms of study methods, time flexibility, tuition fees, and payment methods. These programs are:

1. Regular
   The regular program holds all lectures face-to-face, except in the 4th and 12th weeks of each semester.
2. Regular Plus
   In this program, you can start studying early, before semester 1 starts, with a maximum of 6-credit courses. This can speed up the college period. You can also set your own time, because lectures are conducted asynchronously online. If you need consultation regarding lecture material, you can make an appointment with the relevant instructor.
3. Blended Plus
   Apart from relatively more affordable costs, this program offers time flexibility, where face-to-face lectures are held in the evening and lectures in the morning are conducted asynchronously online (anywhere and at any time). If you can divide your time well, you can still do work in the morning.
4. Blended Karyawan
   This program is carried out through a mixture of online lectures and face-to-face lectures in class. Online lectures can be done anytime and anywhere using LMS Pintar, while face-to-face lectures in class are held once a week on Saturdays.

Apart from the variations of the programs above, all programs have several things in common::

1. Have a minimum of 144 credits, taken over 8 semesters
2. Can be integrated with Coursera (online learning platform)
3. Quality lecturers
4. Open for non-academic activities (organizations, student activities, etc.)
5. Offers the opportunity to graduate faster

The faster graduation scheme (acceleration) can be completed within 7 semesters (3.5 years), as follows:

• Semester 1: 20 credits of lectures (package courses)
• Semesters 2 to 5: 24 credits per semester, with a requirement of Grade Point Average of 3.00
• Semester 6: 22 credits through the structured internship program MBKM (Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka)
• Semester 7: 6 credits through the Final Project
• TOTAL: 144 credits over 7 semesters

Notes:

1. This acceleration program can be run using the Recognition of Past Learning (RPL), Short Semester (SP) scheme, and/or via the Coursera platform. 
2. The acceleration scheme currently only applies to Civil Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics, Management and Accounting 
3. The requirements for the UPJ acceleration program are a student's Semester GPA of at least 3.00, so that students can take a maximum study load of 24 credits in the 2nd semester and beyond.
